EMO & MU Skills days

What are they?

An opportunity to reach out to the wider community. Emo (Open) and Mu (Women) are the best clubs in the region, with players in the GB national squads.
You (and your team) can benefit from their coaching directly by turning up for a FREE session in a welcoming environment.

What do we teach?

Previous attendees have learnt everything from correct throwing and catching technique to how to force (and break a force), throw lead passes (and hucks), get free of your defender (and how to play better D), box and sky the opposition and lots more. We might even do a layout clinic! :-)
If there's anything you think you and your team would like to know then drop us a line.

Who is it for?

Everyone is welcome and even players with a few years experience found the sessions last year useful.
Anyone interested in joining the Emo or Mu squad for 2008 should definitely be there!
We're especially interested in hearing from University team Captains in the Midlands area.
