EMO Skills days

What are they?

An opportunity to reach out to the wider community. Emo is the best club in the region, with players in the GB national squad.
You (and your team) can benefit from their coaching directly by turning up for a FREE session in a welcoming environment.

What do we teach?

Previous attendees have learnt everything from correct throwing and catching technique to how to force (and break a force), throw lead passes (and hucks), get free of your defender (and how to play better D), box and sky the opposition and lots more. We might even do a layout clinic! :-)
If there's anything you think you and your team would like to know then drop us a line.

Who is it for?

Everyone is welcome and even players with a few years experience found the sessions last year useful.
Anyone interested in joining the Emo squad for 2010 should definitely be there and should check out our tryouts page too!
We're especially interested in hearing from University team Captains in the Midlands area.

When and Where?

Saturday 8th November, 10.00 a.m. at Victoria Park, Leicester (marked "emo2" on the Leicester map)

Where do I sign up?

There is no need to sign up, just turn up on the day. However, if you're coming as part of a large group (such as a university team), then it would be appreciated if you contact us in advance

There is a facebook event you can join here.

Boots/cleats
White and Balck playing shirts

Waterproofs and a bin liner are always handy too!
